I’m Debbie, founder and owner of Choices and Solutions, a consulting firm dedicated to helping home health agencies deliver exceptional patient care while staying compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
My Story
My path into home health consulting wasn’t just about business—it was about people. Early in my career, I saw firsthand how challenging it can be for agencies to balance compassionate patient care with the complex web of local, state, and federal regulations. Families wanted the best for their loved ones, and caregivers wanted to provide it, but the systems weren’t always easy to navigate.
That’s when I realized my calling: to help agencies strengthen the care they provide while staying compliant, so patients receive the dignity, safety, and compassion they deserve.
